10.0It was ok but I ask for ground floor as i have disability and they gave me top floor
− Climbing 2 lots of stairs and I have c o p d breathing problems
Bargain, well equipped family room just a little tired
8.0The proximity to the main attractions of the town is brilliant but it didn't feel like a particularly safe area. The room had what was needed in it and was generally very clean. Complementary tray and the individual toiletries sachets were brilliant. Having a fridge was a lovely addition but we didn't get to use it properly as we didn't expect it. The room itself was a reasonable size and well equipped. Excellent for the price.
− Every day items were very clean but things like top of the wardrobe were not. There was no plug for the sink making a wet shave for a man very difficult. Shower room was very tight on space. The stairs were quite steep and corridors not the easiest to negotiate when carrying lots of bags etc. The mattress on the double bed could do with being replaced and, as per other reviews, pillows were extremely thin. Glad we took extras.

10.0Guest house is located very close to the beach. Perfect location. Staff was very helpful and answered questions when I texted. It was clean.
− Mattress could of been better , more comfortable, but other than that , there was nothing negative.

1.0We didn't even stay we are seasoned travellers through out the year and are consistently staying away we took one look at the place and the location and knew it wasn't for us maybe if you didn't have a vehicle to park then okay but we travel in a van and had nowhere to park even after paying for a permit the area itself is very unpleasant, I suggest if you are considering this property please do your research first.
