6.0מטופח, אותנטי, מלא בחפצים יפים, מרפסת יפה, חדר נעים, שינה על מזרון על הרצפה.
− הרגשנו חוסר תקשורת עם נותני השירותים, לא היה מאמץ להנגיש לנו את השירותים של המקום, האוכל היה כביכול עשיר ומושקע אבל לא היה טעים בכלל. לא עדכנו אותנו על זמני הארוחות ויצא שהגענו וישר נזרקנו לארוחה בלי להתרענן.

10.0The food is exceptional…best kaiseki dinner experience I’ve had. The rooms are clean and the facilities are beautiful, especially the outdoor onsens and footbath on the veranda near the wine bar was a real treat. The staff are amazing and even have a little evening snack waiting in the room while the beds are being made during the dinner service.
− I would have loved more time in the Onsen in the morning….earlier opening times would be great but otherwise everything was perfect

8.0Das Essen hat uns sehr gefallen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Man bekommt Getränkemarken und kann eine kleine Weinverkostung machen. Die Zimmer sind schön groß. Der nächtliche Snack den man abends auf das Zimmer bekommt. Das Fuß Onsen war auch toll!
− Es gibt keine Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher. Außerdem wären drei Handtücher pro Person schön: 1 für die Hände, 1 für den Kopf/Haare und 1 für den Körper.
