1.0Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich. Uns wurde in keiner Weise geholfen. Unter unserem Zimmer war eine riesen Baustelle für ein neues Hotel.ich wollte den Schlüssel an der Rezeption holen,da wurde mir gesagt not speak German.ich musste meine Frau schicken( sie spricht Polnisch) dann mussten wir die Klimaanlage extra bezahlen,und das bei einem Reisepreis von fast 2500euro.Wir haben das Hotel verlassen und haben uns woanders ein Zimmer genommen. Wer also Lust auf Stress und Lärm hat der sollte das unbedingt buchen..Wir buchen da nie mehr.

6.0Lokalizacja - blisko do plaży, widok z balkonu na morze, basen zewnętrzny
− Konieczność dopłaty za basen wewnętrzny. Niezbyt miła i pomocna Pani w recepcji pracująca w tygodniu. Jak za takie pieniądze spodziewałem się nieco lepszego standardu, np.: - brak baterii termostatycznej pod prysznicem (zwykła bateria, przez co temperatura wody podczas mycia była bardzo zmienna), brak deszczownicy, - grzyb na silikonie pod prysznicem, - uszkodzona zaślepka gniazdka w łazience, - pęknięte lustro w lazience, - pęknięta półka na drzwiach w lodówce, - brak perlatora na wylewce w kuchni, - brak deski samo opadającej oraz szafek z cichym domykiem, cześć zatrzasków w meblach uszkodzona, przez co np. drzwi od szafy w sypialni w ogóle się nie zamykają, - klimatyzacja kanałowa tylko w salonie - uszkodzony dozownik na mydło, zamiast go wymienić to dali osobne mydło w kostce.
