1.0Staff were lovely, polite and welcoming, and gave a refund when I was disappointed with the room.
− The key was difficult to get in the lock and to turn. The room was nothing like the pictures. Furniture was shabby. Mattresses were very soft with no support. The room smelt musty. I was so disappointed I went home.
