2.0Should provide a microwave, towels were tiny and a joke, the window was cracked (3' long crack) and repaired with packing tape, door lock did not line up with the door jamb so to lock the door, it had to be pulled up by hand, the pool allegedly closed at 8 pm, but there were noisy people playing in the pool till 10 pm and the staff member who checked us in was mean about us having our friends who dropped us off stay and use the bathroom, as if they would break the rules and stay over night. Finally, on Monday morning at 6:30 am, they decided to start their roofing project and pulled off the tiles, then slid the tiles down a piece of aluminum and made loads of noise.

10.0The property is very quaint, the rooms are large and fit our family of 6 just fine. The staff is great, the pool is amazing, and the views of the beautiful trees and wildlife were top notch. Each day a family of macaws would fly over the hotel while we were eating breakfast, it was breathtakingly beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.
