8.0Dear Thana City Resort Team, I am writing to share my deep appreciation for Thana City Resort. I absolutely love staying here, and it has become my go-to destination every time I visit Bangkok. Over the years, I have stayed at your resort about 10 times, usually spending more than 5 nights per visit. Because I care so much about the resort and want my future stays to be even better, I would like to kindly share a few suggestions: Room Cleaning: I would greatly appreciate it if the housekeeping team could pay a bit more attention to detail to ensure the rooms are cleaned more thoroughly. Pool Amenities: It would be wonderful if more sunbeds and shade structures (such as umbrellas or cabanas) could be added around the swimming pool area. Bike Rental: Upgrading or adding electric bicycles (e-bikes) for guest rentals would make exploring the grounds much more enjoyable and convenient. Thank you so much for always providing great hospitality. I look forward to my next stay at Thana City Resort!

Het lijkt op foto’s mooi, maar dit is geen aanrader. Laat je niet vangen door de zogezegde gratis shuttle naar de luchth
2.0Het zwembad was mooi en rustig.
− Het hotel ligt heel erg afgelegen. Zonder taxi kun je niets. Ze beweren dat en gratis shuttle aan te bieden, maar die rijdt maar 6x per dag op vaste tijdstippen. De laatste vertrekt om 19u, niet handig als je om 3 uur ‘s nachts vliegt. We hebben zelf een taxi betaald. De kamers waren ok en ruim, in twee kamers wel vlekken op de lakens. De airco stonk bovendien. We hebben ‘s avonds gegeten in het restaurant: dat betekende heel lang wachten terwijl ee niet veel volk zat én een aangebrande pad thai die niet te eten was. We hebben na twee happen gezegd dat dit niet te eten was en hebben 45 min gewacht op een nieuw bord. Gelukkig hebben ze dit gerecht niet aangerekend.

− Over all,i am satisfied as i chose this hotel to relax,there is one minor thing to improve .A male staff use the guest restroom in the breakfast area.This made me feel l lost my privacy and looked a bit unprofessional.
