6.0Terrible uncomfortable beds, no hot tub, no warning about past restaurants being closed in Nauvoo, tub shower leaking water in tub weakening shower water pressure, torn screen in the window, nasty manager not believing my insomnia because the beds were so bad. We will never stay there again nor advise others to stay there.

4.0Was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at in a long time. It was quite expensive. The staff was almost hostile. It smelled a little. The room felt dirty. There was no ice. Felt like an infamous tourist trap where the owners were intent on raking the guests for the most they could with the least expense possible. I don’t usually comment too much, but it was that bad! With the high prices they charge, the should be able to do something right for the customers.
