− The pool was dirty, the elevators were down. The workout equipment was broken.

2.0This place was a mess! Nothing worked! We spent 1 night and it was a disaster! ALL 3 of the treadmills and 1 of the bikes were broken in the fitness center. Also in the fitness room no towels or advertised free earbuds to operate and hear the TV were available. Couldn't get signed in to wifi in my room, went downstairs to the 24/7 computer lab, couldn't get in there, complained to front desk, she said it was closed....the 24/7 computer room was CLOSED! Then the morning came and the elevators were broken, and we were on the 3rd floor! My husband and I had to climb up and down the stairs 4 times to get all our stuff back in the car....and their free breakfast was nasty, burnt bacon! Hilton should be horrified their name is on this Hampton Inn!

− Construction crews drinking in the parking lot. Elevator is sketchy at best. Shower had not been refilled with shampoo and conditioner.
