Hiç ama hiç özen gösterilmemiş bir otel. Odaları yatakları odaların içinde yer alan malzemeler çok kötüydü. Herşey dahil olarak tatili satın aldım fakat hijyen SIFIR!! Servis personellerinin üstundeki tişörtler leş gibiydi,servis edilen yiyecek ve içecekler özensiz pis yerlerde servis ediliyordu. Herşey dahil olarak gittim ama son gece yemeğimi dışarda yemek zorunda kaldım…

Einfach nur traumatisch und ekelhaft

Nichts. Es war einfach nur grauenvoll!

− Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt. Teller und Geschirr wird nicht weggeräumt und es liegt in der gesamten Unterkunft rum. Auf jeden Fall kein „All inklusive“ Hotel: Essen und Getränke nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten! Kalte Getränke waren nicht immer vorrätig auch nicht zu den all inklusive Zeiten. Pool ist sehr stark verschmutzt und wird nicht gereinigt. Überall am Pool ist Schimmel. Es fehlen Abdeckungen am Poolrand. Extreme Sturzgefahr! Poolumrandung teilweise zerbrochen und verschimmelt. Wasserutschen ebenfalls sehr Lebensgefährlich. Keinerlei Sicherheitsmaßnahmen vorhanden. Rutschen sind teilweise kaputt und eingerissen. Personal war sehr unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Nichts wurde weggeräumt. Teller, Gläser, Besteck lag teilweise noch auf dem Tisch und man musste an diesem Tisch essen da nichts frei war. Essen sehr eingeschränkt nicht viel Auswahl und wenn man zu spät kommt hat man Pech gehabt. Was weg ist, ist weg es wird nicht nachgefüllt.

Nie wieder. Nicht einmal wenn Ich dafür bezahlt werde!

Worst Experience Ever – Unsafe, Unhygienic, and Terrible Customer Service!

I stayed at this hotel recently, and it was an absolute nightmare. The pool area was incredibly dangerous – the steps were broken with rusty nails sticking out, and I ended up cutting my foot open badly. I contacted Love Holidays with photos of the issues, including serious health and safety concerns, but they refused to change my hotel or offer a refund. The pool itself was filthy, and the entire hotel was poorly maintained. There were many other problems throughout the property that were unsafe and could potentially lead to even more serious accidents—one of which could have left babies at risk of drowning. This is NOT a place for families to stay, and I would highly advise against bringing children here. The games room was absolutely disgusting – so dusty you would need to wear a mask just to step inside, and it looked like birds could be forming nests from the ceiling. The condition was beyond unacceptable. To top it off, our balcony door was broken, and the front door was also faulty. The so-called "maintenance person" came with a spanner and simply bodged the wood to try and fix the door. This is certainly not a 5-star experience, and the lack of proper maintenance is shocking. The staff were rude, couldn’t speak English, and made it impossible to address the many issues. Despite showing Love Holidays the photos, they still seem intent on promoting this hotel, even with all the serious hazards. I will be seeking legal advice and support regardless, and I will never use Love Holidays again, as they’ve shown no care for customer safety or satisfaction. This hotel is a major health hazard. If you value your family’s safety, stay away. Absolutely disgusted with this experience.
