10.0More beautiful than I imagined. Professional, friendly staff. Gorgeous room with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Simply super.
Rent the boat!
8.0Rent the boat and get on the Thames! That experience was a highlight, as was the Floating Spa. We also took advantage of nearby walks and footpaths just to see more of the area on foot.
− The room we were assigned in The Temple building smelled musty / damp / mildewy. We spent the first night there but requested -- and were given -- a different room in The Barn (which seemed to be newer and cleaner, even if our room was smaller).
Lovely stay. Staff were very friendly and the gardens were delightful.
