8.0Excellent room , looks like it’s just been refurbished. Restaurant was excellent for an evening meal. Lovely cooked breakfast. Great entertainment on the Saturday night in the pub.
Just not "luxury" as advertised
6.0The Black Bull advertised the room we booked as "luxury" but I could not agree with this. The Hotel front/reception is in need of "tidying up", just general maintenance and perhaps the purchase of a filing cabinet for the front desk. The impression of chaos as you look at the front reception desk. The room is ok! but things like pillows, coathangers, morning housekeeping on certain days needs to be addressed

10.0Very pleasantly supersized at the size & standard of the room & bathroom. Very tastefully decorated, large comfortable bed, excellent shower. Food in the restaurant was superb, service excellent, overall a great stay would highly recommend.
