La posizione comodissima per visitare la città, ma attenzione si trova sopra al mercato del pesce con odori e rumori annessi 🙂

− L’ appartamento non gode di una buona manutenzione: sportelli della cucina mancanti, doccia rotta e appartamento molto sporco e pieno di polvere. In più abbiamo avuto il bagno allagato per l’intero weekend per una perdita di acqua che l’agenzia non è riuscita a risolvere. Tra i notevoli disagi, non ci è stata proposta nessuna soluzione alternativa ( ci hanno detto di avere centinaia di appartamenti ) né alcun tipo di compensazione. Divano letto molto scomodo, con materasso sottilissimo, quasi inesistente.

Location centrally located

− Disappointing Experience Despite a Great Location Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this Airbnb, despite its beautiful interior and excellent central location. First, finding the apartment was a frustrating experience. Google Maps directed us to a small square, but there was no signage identifying the property. After searching, we finally located three entrances marked 360, 360A, and 360B. Number 360 was a store, while the other two entrances were locked. We had no idea which entrance was ours. After considerable waiting and back-and-forth communication, we were finally informed that the correct entrance was 360A. Once inside, we had to climb two long flights of very steep stairs. The stairway was filthy, creating a terrible first impression. To make matters worse, the entry code provided did not work, requiring yet another round of communication before the issue was resolved. The apartment itself was very clean, nicely furnished, and quite pleasant. However, there were several serious drawbacks. The windows overlook a charming square, and naturally, you want to open them to enjoy the view and fresh air. Don’t! The apartment is located directly beside a fish market, and the overpowering smell of fish is absolutely unbearable. Additionally, the fishermen begin their activities around 4:00 AM, creating considerable noise that continues until approximately 10:00 AM. Forget about a peaceful morning or sleeping in! To add to our disappointment, the bathroom had a persistent water leak, leaving a puddle of water in the middle of the floor. The shower head slider was also broken, making it difficult to adjust or position the shower head properly. The one major positive is the location. The apartment is centrally situated, with the Rialto Bridge just a four-minute walk away and St. Mark’s Square approximately ten minutes away. Most of Venice’s wonderful attractions are easily accessible.

La situation géographique est un plus car nous sommes au cœur de Venise

− Le logement n'est pas équipé de simple produit de première nécessité pour la vaisselle par exemple où simplement pour essuier la table. La porte de la salle de bain ne reste pas fermé très gênant pour une famille sachant que les toilettes sont dans cette pièce.
