Beautiful, cozy boutique hotel with a warm and friendly atmosphere. All of the staff were extremely helpful – nothing was ever too much trouble. The facilities were superb, especially the pool, spa and sauna area, which were a real godsend after a long day on the slopes! Our room was very spacious for two adults and a 16-year-old, with plenty of room and a large, stunning bathroom. It felt really lovely and cozy in the evenings. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and dinner was amazing – beautifully presented with a good selection on the menu, most evenings we had 5 courses! The only small point I would mention is that the dining was perhaps a little too fine-dining oriented for teenagers. It might be nice to have a hearty, ski-style option once during the week, such as homemade pizza, German sausage or roast chicken with fries, or a simple salad. This is not a criticism, just a suggestion, we actually went out for dinner a couple of nights for this option, just broke up the week and a little change from a posh dinner. One minor issue was that tap water was not available at the evening dinner table, and bottled mineral water cost €8. This felt a bit disappointing, especially as guests are encouraged to drink the freshest tap water in the rooms. After a long day on the slopes everyone was very thirsty, and buying bottles each night would quickly add up to over €30. Instead, we filled our water bottles in the room and brought them down to dinner. All in all, we had a wonderful stay – Thank you very much 🙏🏻⛷️

Just perfect! This was our second visit and we will like to come again! Very nice room, quite area but close to center ~12 min from lift (by foot or by bus), great service with paying attention to every small detail, delicious food (half board recommended), and a real fun spa.

Really nice hotel, modern concept in an wonderful region. Friendly and attentive staff, you are always feeling very welcome. Impressive spa area, outdoor pool, spacious rooms, a truly excellent dinner and a wonderful bar, with a witty bartender. Definitely a place to go, and to return to.

Amazing stay in Mayrhofen!

We had an amazing stay and enjoyed the Mountain Lover arrangement. The hospitality was super, the food excellent, the cocktails were “jummy”, nice pool environment, nice hiking possibilities. It would be great if everybody understood a little bit more English because we had some difficulties to speak German as a Belgian couple. Briefly, a super stay, super qualified personnel. We were absolutely fond of Katharina and her team! Hands for them! And maybe we’ll come back some day. 😀😀

This is the second time a large group of us have stayed at the Alpine and we cant recommend this hotel enough. The staff are welcoming and cant do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet is amazing, as is the evening dinner. The location is perfect, close to shops, bars and the gondala's. 100% recommend.
