Unbearable rooster noise from 3 AM , had to check out early due to no sleep.
2.0While the property was generally clean and the staff were polite, our stay was completely ruined by at least 10 roosters as property backs directly onto a disgusting rooster fighting breeding farm.
− Starting at 3:00 AM and lasting until 3:00 PM every single day, numerous roosters crow loudly. It was so loud that we could not sleep at all. I was like ok, maybe we will get used to it but no no no ! After enduring a second night of zero sleep, even with several of the local beers under my belt , we had to check out early and book alternative accommodation at our own expense just to get some rest. When we brought this to management's attention, we were told sorry and they refused to offer any assistance or refund. If you value your sleep or expect a peaceful stay, I highly recommend avoiding this property.

8.0The villa was great with spacious rooms and a decent size pool. There is a TV in the hall and in the bedrooms too. All the rooms have a spacious balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with all necessary items. 5 mins walk to the main road. Plenty of restaurants and marts within 5-10 mins walking distance. Laundry and a mart just outside the villa. Oka was of great help and assisted with everything. He is just a phone call away.
− The rooms on top could do with some blinds for the bathroom. Since its an open walk in bathroom the light comes to the room. Also, there is construction going on next to the villa so expect noise from 8am-4pm. The hall area does not have AC and could get very hot. We asked and were provided with an additional fan. The villa location is on an inner road, and it's a 5 min walk to the main road.
