10.0Two night stay, visiting some old haunts. Super cooked breakfast with excellent care and service throughout our stay.

10.0A lovely stay, a hidden gem of Simouth with a beautiful river walk close by into the centre. A nice spacious, clean room with everything you need. The breakfast was amazing, providing fresh, local produce and a menu that caters for all (lots for vegans). Very attentive and friendly hosts and would love to stay again. Well worth a visit!
Good choice for Sidmouth.
8.0Very clean and comfortable guest house, breakfast was excellent. Approximately 25 minute walk into town, thru The Byes, park following the river and scenic. Parking a little difficult as on a slope and quite tight, but we managed.

10.0Absolutely fantastic room with great breakfast, garden area with seating and lovely hosts. Would highly recommend. Lovely walk down to the front through The Byes.
