− Had reservations 6 weeks prior, at 6:00PM had to wait 30 minutes before they could give us a room. Got handicapped room….we are not handicapped! Shade broken…..could not raise, so it was dark in the room. Toilet seat broken. No hair dryer.

− I didn’t like that the housekeeper didn’t do a good job with make sure the room was good for ppl checking in. it had food in the refrigerator and spot on the blanket
It was easy, and comfortable. Lobby area made a great impression.
8.0I enjoyed how the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
− The maids/clean up could pay more attention to detail when cleaning like the corners of the baseboards in the bathrooms and the base of the shower. The outside of the back of the hotel was in need of yrash pock up...as miscellaneous papers, cups, snack bags were all over...it wasnt recent because you could tell it had been there by the condition of weathering on the trash...But overall cleanliness was good, I would come back.
Staff was very kind and caring, making the stay enjoyable.
