8.0The setting of the hotel is stunning. It is peaceful and calm location. The food is good. The hot chocolate is a must try. The staff are friendly. The excursions offered by the hotel are well organised. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel is more beautiful than the pictures. Feedback points: Pre hotel stay communication was slow and could have been faster.
