9.0Casa pulitissima, tante stoviglie e utensili da cucina per poter mangiare a casa, ampio frigo con congelatore, immersa totalmente nel verde, casa freschissima grazie alle spesse pareti, ampio balcone dove poter rilassarsi o mangiare. I proprietari professionali e gentili si può parcheggiare la macchina dentro. buon compromesso come posizione tra Pisticci e il mare.
