8.0The Skypool is a great place to relax, with a beautiful view and a bar where guests can chill and unwind.
− As I mentioned, the skypool is beautiful. However, I was disappointed to see some guests spitting in the pool. I understand that this is not entirely the hotel’s fault, especially since the staff mentioned that the pool is cleaned every day.

9.0It was a good location to stay for visitors. We stayed in a pool access room and my daughter really enjoyed her swimming. The staff were so kind and very helpful specially Jed (who assisted us during and after check in).

− Det enda som inte tyckte om var musiken var lite väl hög i restaurangen på kvällarna, vilket gjorde att vi valde bort buffen flera kvällar.

10.0Personal is nice helpful with everything. Can have nice conversations to 😁 rooms clean always, housekeeping services is nice, food is great breakfast and even dinner buffets. Miss all personal from there 🥹

Mandatory Common Dinner Advisory:
• December 31 (New Year's Eve), February 05, 2027 (Chinese New Year) - Room Rates include a Common Buffet Dinner for 2 persons only.
• Buffet Dinner is based on minimum occupancy of 2 pax in a room. If guests are less than the standard occupancy, 2 pax will still be charged respectively. Dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons.
• Extra person will also be charged accordingly.
