4.0The Hotel Authority almost dishonored my booking. Even they denied that I have already paid full amount in advance. I was shocked. The person present at the counter at the time of check in was rude. It was felt that advance payment was a mistake. The room was way too small than the size advertised in the booking site. It was an experience of being cheated by Live Hotel. Better to avoid this hotel.
