Serene and tranquil stay around the retreat.
8.0The location was not bad as it is quite near to Seremban city. We enjoy ourself in the chalet with nature and our dogs. Staffs was helpful and cooking utilities are ample. It is nice to cook and BBQ with family at the chalet.
− The last 2km to the resort was too narrow even for one car, but it is actually a two way road! My back tire was stuck with a small log and causes my bumper to tear apart when I was forced to go to the side of the road to give way to another car from the other direction :( Lack of signages showing that it is a two way road is also a road hazard. We plan to do some hiking with our dogs in the evening but was chased by some local wild dogs instead. The stay was fun until sleeping time, it is too hot and stuffy in the room without air conditioning and we can't open the windows too as afraid of mosquitoes, insects and maybe wild animal climbing into the room. Therefore we can't sleep throughout the night.
Good to know
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
