Clean Comfortable Hotel with Excellent Customer Service, Nice Breakfast, Easy In/Out for Travelers.
10.0We arrived tired after a long drive in the rain, so we especially appreciated the courtesy of the lovely woman at the front desk on Wednesday, April 2nd. She kindly helped us to resolve an error in our booking (our fault). She also recommended a nearby restaurant (that met our dietary needs) and suggested we purchase the hotel breakfast. In a few short minutes, she had fully met our needs! The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant, Gomidam, was only a 5-minute walk away and was fabulous. We enjoyed pork belly grilled at our table AND the hotel had given us a coupon for 10% off our meal! PS There are several restaurants nearby. Finally, we truly enjoyed the hotel breakfast, a small Korean buffet which was tasty, nourishing and well-presented (Hi Nicole!). Thank you, Citi Hotel Hyeoksin in Wonju Innovation City, :)
