10.0The staff was so helpful at every point. They helped us fill out a Yamato luggage transfer slip, and they recovered my sunglasses that I accidentally left in my room after checking out. I really appreciated their patience with us.

8.0Location was good, close to central railway station (Tokio station) and shopping streets in Ginza. Many restaurants nearby and 7eleven shop on the courner
− The room size was extremely small, maybe not enough for 2 persons.

8.0東京駅へのアクセスが良いにも関わらず、比較的安価で清潔感があった。スタッフの方も言葉遣いがとても丁寧で、素敵だった。
− 喫煙者ということもあり、喫煙所が無いのは少しキツかった。しかし、喫煙者として非喫煙者を優先するのは仕方がない事だと分かっているので飲み込めた。近くにある喫煙所の案内があるととても助かります。
