Not a pleasant stay - False advertisement

The hotel advertised its room as a luxury accommodation which was not the case. The room was ill insulated (a big gap underneath the door, a broken window, and no window in the bathroom), and without any in-room heating when the Kargil temperatures were below the freezing point. It was very cold at night and we had to wear our winder jackets throughout the night. While the service was nice and friendly, it was a disappointing stay as none of the advertised amenities were working: no wifi, no TV, there was no separate living room, and the hot shower water lasted less than 5 min. I felt misled and the property did not fulfill what it had advertised.
