6.0L'emplacement est idéalement situé, on fait tout à pied, la vieille ville et la plage de la Concha à 7-8min à pied. Plein bars, tavernes et restaurants tout autour.
− La pension est assez bruiante, les pièces ne son pas bien insonorisées, c'est un vieux batiment et tous les bruits se propagent, sans compter le.bruit du boulevard. Les chambres sont petites, et le ménage laisse à désirer, poussière, sable sur le plancher, le porte serviette de la salle de bain est crasseux... Le service n'est pas à la hauteur vraiment pas, surtout à 240 Euro la nuit, à mon sens ça ne vaut pas plus que 150 Euro et encore...
