הצוות היה אדיב וקשוב. בחדר הראשון שקיבלנו היה ריח לא טוב והחליפו לנו חדר מיד. בסך הכל היה נקי. יש מעלית לקומות העליונות. המיקום קרוב לתחנת הרכבת וקרוב לתחנות אוטובוס, מטרו וסופרמרקט. תמורה טובה לכסף.

− זרם המים במקלחת היה מאוד נמוך, אבל היו מים חמים. בחדר האוכל הארוחה הייתה מאכזבת. הרגשנו שמיזוג האוויר לא באמת עובד ופתחנו חלון בשביל אוויר קר.
