10.0The hotel was old fashioned but lovely and clean. Our room was very cosy and overlooked the river. Lovely bar and very attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Only 5 mins by car to Fakenham golf course and horse racecourse.

4.0On check-in I was asked did I need assistance with my luggage I replied yes but was left to carry it up 4 small flights of stairs.
