6.0The rooms facing the street are significantly sized but poorly designed. Too much wasted space. Big rooms with no real closet to hang clothes. I changed my room because you can hear all the noise from motorcycles and cars passing through. The floors in new room were filled with hair and smelled of cooking oil as if someone had been frying food in the suite. I called front desk which sent staff to clean the room and I also asked to change sheets as I had no guarantee they had been replaced. Its a nice hotel but hygiene is the last thing a guest should be faced with complaining about. Also their restaurant serves coffee from a machine. Coffee is important to people easy to make so offering coffee you can pick up from a gas station isn’t the way to go.

8.0No room service, send 2 nights and had to make up the bed!!!! Not good at all! I ask the front desk for room service and we were told that we did not book all inclusive, therefore no cleaning service!!! Terrible!!!
