10.0This is my second stay at this hotel and still my all around best choice for Kyiv. I find the location extremely convenient to all needs in the city, with most things walkable and easy pick-up for taxis. Both the rooms and main hotel areas are extremely comfortable. I think the variety and availability of menu items and level of buffet breakfast is not quite up to where it was last time, but still filled my needs. I discovered karaoke in the sky bar Friday and saturday, which was a nice thing to have in house. I also had my laundry done, which is typically expensive in the standard hotel method of charging per item, but there was a slight discount for over ten items, and the diligent staff held back one item a little longer because they wanted to put in extra effort on a persistent stain, which I appreciated. Sky Loft remains my recommendation for Kyiv.

8.0Great location and good hotel. My only MINOR complaint is that sometimes you have to chase to get your room cleaned. However, when you ask it is done straight away. Other than that - perfect.
