10.0Per essere un 3 stelle lo ho trovato davvero ben curato. Ottimo personale e belle camere. Buona spa e piscina... buon valore per la spesa. Lo speck a colazione era di una bontà assoluta. Davvero bravi.

10.0Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war super freundlich. Es gab immer ein Lächeln. Bei Fragen zu Ausflügen gab es wertvolle Tipps. Lage des Hotels super, ruhige Gegend, trotzdem mit dem Bus vor der Haustür in 15 Minuten in Meran mit dem kostenfreien Ticket.

8.0Sehr angenehme Unterkunft, tolle neue renovierte Zimmer. Sehr schöner Pool-Wellnessbereich. Restaurant war gut. Uns fehlte es ein wenig an Aufmerksamkeit sowie herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Weiter in Burgstall sehr ruhig und nicht viel los, jedoch praktisch da zwischen Bozen und Meran und mit Rad alles sehr gut erreichbar.
