10.0The overall stay from meeting the pleasant owner Ewan, A really beautiful place to stay, plenty of room space, Spotlessly clean, Hairdryer in room, Tea and Coffee, making facilites, This place also had a guest kitchen upstairs near the rooms that could also be used, Great Breakfast with Plenty of choice. We would definate stay here again.

10.0Fantastic views, spacious and comfortable room (superior room) like a home from home. Use of the guests kitchen, with fridge freezer so we were able to store produce purchased until we left.

9.0Very nice room, well thought out with excellent facilities and large comfortable bed. Good location 8 minuted drive from Dumfries centre with lovely views of the countryside from our room window. Host was very friendly and welcoming and breakfast was excellent. The room was very reasonably priced.

9.0Very friendly owners. Room was large, spotless, and filled with tea/coffee/milk etc. Breakfast was great. Plenty of parking.
− The bed was a bit too soft for us but that may just be personal preference.
