Terribly managed property. Not worth the money. Avoid!

− A/c didnt work throughout the whole trip and so it was like living in hell when we returned after a day in Rome. The owner only made a half-hearted attempt to resolve and seemed to want us to stay in and impact our holiday to meet the aircon technician!! Even the small amount of discount we got could not address the fundamental lack of sleep we endured and the impact to our trip.

10.0Excellent stay in Rome! The location is perfect — right next to the metro station, making it very easy to get around the city. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Every detail seemed well considered. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, and the building also has an elevator, which was very convenient when traveling with luggage and a child. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and our stay exceeded expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

9.0Świetna lokalizacja - 10 min od Placu św. Piotra i zaraz przy stacji metra. Mieszkanie bardzo komfortowe, świetnie wyposażone, czyste. Na plus klimatyzacja i cisza w mieszkaniu (nie słychać żadnych odgłosów z ulicy). Gospodarz niezwykle uprzejmy i pomocny, bardzo troszczył się o nasz komfort podczas pobytu.
