− Pictures advertised didn’t match property on arrival. Staff on site rude. Caravan was not clean. Carpet fraying, trip hazard. Vinyl peeling away from cupboards in kitchen area. Burn mark on mirror. Broken shower head. Rust and mould in fridge. Broken blinds in kitchen. Water damage to roof in kitchen.
Staff were amazing and helpful, stay was clean and comfortable
