Honestly the best option you can find in Barcelona. The location is unreal—super close to public transport, attractions, two mosques, and big supermarkets like Mercadona and Dia. The hostel itself has everything you need: a lift for heavy bags, good mattress sizes, and privacy blinds on the beds. The kitchen is fully loaded with a microwave, toaster, kettle, and even a dishwasher, which was perfect for making breakfast. The reception crew are also lovely and give great recommendations. The volunteer vibe was the highlight, especially as a solo traveler. Big shoutout to: • Tomás went above and beyond in managing the museum trip and always being up for a chat. Excellent work! • Alessia for a super fun, talkative day out at Barceloneta beach. Loved the company! • Luiz for the amazing Tibidabo trip and Salsa class. Also, he easily cooks the best dinners here and keeps everyone engaged in common area activities!

− Just a few things to keep in mind. Barcelona has a tourist tax you have to pay, and the common area really needs universal plugs. The volunteer dinners are a great effort, but the portions are tiny—you’ll definitely need to grab a midnight snack or a second meal a few hours later. Also, they shouldn't advertise the activities as "free." The pub crawls have a hidden €25 cost, and others have extra fees too. I get that Barcelona is pricey and clubs cost money anyway, but it shouldn't be a surprise for guests. Toilet cleaning should be more frequent as the guests don't hesitate in making the toilets dirty.

Excelente trato del personal, todos super amables en especial Tomas y Ahlem. La cocina cómoda y equipada. La ubicación genial! Recomiendo 100%!

− Se podría mejorar la limpieza en los pasillos de las camas hacia la muralla, encontré algunas basuras y polvo. Me hubiera gustado sumarme a las actividades que organizaban, pero lamentablemente mi horario y planes no coincidieron (claro que eso no fue culpa de ellos).

Excelente todo! El personal super amable,predisupuestos a ayudar y que tengas una buena estadia. Ademas hay actividades para integrarse y en ocasiones cena de cortesía. Esta super cerca de todo, podes ir caminando al arco del triunfo, barrio gotico y tambien a la sagrada familia (como 25 min). Ademas tenes supermercado día a 20 metros y el mercadona a 1 cuadra. Recomiendo!
