10.0Прекрасный отель! Так редко бывает, понравилось все! Отель ориентирован на отдых с детьми любого возраста, развлечений большое количество, разнообразная кухня, и даже детский ресторан, прекрасные бассейны с разными зонами, а так же на 15 этаже. Семейный номер - просто чудо, как игровая комната. Море - без ограничений, отличный вход, чистое и ласковое. Территория отеля очень ухоженная, большая, зеленая, чистая. Большое спасибо сотруднику отеля Анастасии, от Насти узнали больше о Китае, чем знали до знакомства) Так же Настя сориентировала по услугам отеля, о которых не знали, к примеру, возможность сдать вещи в стирку, без дополнительных оплат, включено в стоимость проживания. Настя помогла с заказом, доставкой и оплатой с китайских магазинов интересных товаров и сувениров, что раз в 10 дешевле, чем в магазинах. В момент проживания и при выезде постоянные подарки и сюрпризы от отеля и Anastasii. Остались очень довольны отдыхом. Обязательно приедем снова!

10.0We had an amazing stay at the Crown Plaza. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers a truly relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely sublime — a great (western and Chinese) variety and excellent quality every morning. A special thank you to Anastasia, who made our holiday unforgettable with her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. She really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We also want to highlight the trainees, who worked incredibly hard and were always friendly and attentive to us and our baby. Thanks to the entire team, we lacked nothing during our stay — everything was taken care of to perfection. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back.
