5.0It was a last minute choice for a 6 hour sleep, so I did not look at the property much.
− The person I checked in with was dismissive, did not even tell me where the elevator was, but was effusively accommodating on the phone to a prospective client, even offering them an early to go breakfast, when she knew I was leaving at 4 am

− I booked 2 twin beds from Booking.com to be told at the front desk, they don’t have twin beds and the only room available was a king size room. Very disappointing. It finally worked out however the initial check in was not too pleasing. Please check the bed size/rooms that you list.
