10.0My dad is 91, and this was his first break away without my mum, who sadly passed away last year. I was worried about him being on his own, but I needn't have been. The staff were incredibly attentive, caring, and kind throughout his stay. The Garden Room was perfect for him and easy to get around in. When I visited beforehand, both the Manager and staff were extremely helpful, taking the time to show me around and assist with the booking process. They did everything possible to make his stay as comfortable and enjoyable as they could, and we really can't thank them enough. He thoroughly enjoyed his break and is already hoping to return in the future. Thank you all for your kindness and for making his stay such a positive experience. It meant so much to both of us.
