Tout était superbe. Il y a tout d'abord l'accueil de Martino et sa maman qui sont aux petits soins avec leurs hôtes. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et d'une propreté irréprochable. La terrasse donne sur la Méditerrannée et le coucher de soleil est magnfique. Il y a un gentil boulanger qui livre le matin des croissants et du pain frais. La piscine et la pool house sont irréprochables. Il y a des transats, chaises, tables, barbecue, four à pain, toilettes et douche. Nous avons passé une semaine particulièrement reposante et la région d'Agrigente est très belle à visiter. Notre hôte est très réactif: j'ai reçu des informations via wattshap au sujet des restaurants, lieux à visiter, grandes surfaces,... Je recommande très fortement cette magnifique résidence de vacances.

Perfect from start to finish

We received a very warm welcome from the owners, which set the tone for a lovely stay. The apartment itself is truly amazing, with spectacular views, and everything was spotlessly clean. They took the time to show us how everything worked and even sent helpful links for places to visit, eat, and shop, which was a really thoughtful touch. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine, which was a lovely surprise. The shower was fantastic, and overall the apartment is very well equipped. There is also a washing machine available, just check with the owners before using it. The pool area is beautiful, although not heated, so it was a little chilly in April. I imagine it’s perfect in the warmer months. There is also a BBQ available, we didn’t use it, but wondered how it would work if more guests were staying. While relaxing by the pool, we were treated to lemon granita and brioche buns, which was completely unexpected and made them even more delicious. On the morning we departed, we were also given croissants and jams, such a lovely gesture. The area itself is very un-touristy, which we liked. It may have been quieter as we were out of season. The beach was full of rubbish, which we found quite disappointing given how beautiful the area could be. We visited Palma di Montechiaro, there isn’t a huge amount there, but it was worth seeing the Chiesa Madre (remember to cover your shoulders), the Palazzo Ducale, and stopping at one of the recommended restaurants. At the palace, we were met by a class of local children who were an absolute delight. Once they realised we were English, they were keen to practise and ended up showing us around the museum with great enthusiasm, which really made us smile. Overall, we had a very enjoyable three-day stay and would recommend it for a peaceful, scenic escape.

Piscina, abbiamo scelto il periodo giusto. La piscina era alla nostra disposizione solo per noi 2.

− La posizione un po’ scomoda, il supermercato più vicino dista a 4 km. Il comune non offre molte possibilità e strutture come bar/ristorazione di livello accettabile. Musica alta proveniente dalla spiaggia e anche fino a tardi.La spiaggia del paese non è granché.

The apartment was spacious and beautiful, the building has a pool and a bbq that we really appreciated. Nice seaview from the apartment! We had a great time here!
