Property is good. Rooms were neat and food was good, service was also nice. The only let down is their banquet hall which is creating severe problems for people staying in rooms. They are playing music in extreme volume which is really pathetic for someone who is in room. We complained too many time but no one did anything. This is the only reason I am giving star. Also, rats are there inside the room on the AC vent area

Will never opt for cygnette group hotel and will recommend everything aginst it.

− The hotel is no better than a dharmshala. I booked 2 rooms on 24 & 25th Dec 2022, here are the feedbacks. 1. One of the room's card key was not working so we had to wait outside room for 10-15 min both at checking in and at night when we returned. 2. the weather was cold around 6 to 7 degrees Celsius during night. The duvet we got was too thin to give warmth during night so when we asked for extra blanket they said only 1 single blanket can be provided. I somehow spent my night shivering. 3. At 6:30 after repeated request they turned on the geyser and that too at low temp. The water was just tepid but not hot. 4. At 7:15 am the electricity went off and gen set was not working for around 1 hour. Despite booking 2 rooms we got late as there was absolute cold water due to no electricity. The intercoms were not working either during that time, so I had to take steps for any small thing. A big NO for the hotel.
