10.0The reception staff were very courteous, professional and leaned backward to help. The location is excellent, towards the end of Paseo de Gracia, the quiet side, however still central to many attractions, and only 700m from Gaudi La Pedrera. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with a nice view on Paseo de Gracia

7.0The location of the hotel and the building itself was excellent. I appreciate the elevator in the building and the washing machine in the room, and room to hang our clothes. The room was good and reasonable for the cost.
− The electrical outlets and usb outlets in particular were broken. They didn’t offer nor ask to change our towels during our 3 night stay and the mattress was sunken and quite uncomfortable.
