10.0On arrival the greeting was so welcoming. We had also had an upgrade in room. The room spotless and a gorgeous view of the well maintained garden. The breakfast was amazing with both a choice of fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt. Then a coked breakfast with several choices of either full cooked or eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs and bacon, eggs Florentine also vegetarian choices. This was an outstanding experience.

10.0What stands out is the service, one of the friendliest service ever from a hotel, the boys serving breakfast are second to none, absolute superb they are, makes a great start to the day, very positive which is what we like

10.0Very good bb. A few minutes drive to center of town. Very nice breakfast served on white maps. Very friendly. The only problem was a very weak stream of the shower
Great Place in Keswick.
10.0Lovely place to stay in Keswick, a little bit from the town centre for walking but a very short distance from the bus route into town and elsewhere. Nice room and facilities, food fantastic and the staff simply can't do enough for you. We would certainly highly recommend this accommodation without any hesitation. Its a Gem with plenty of car parking.
