− Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and, unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. The check-in process was extremely frustrating — it took almost four hours to get access to our room due to the hotel's internal issues. There was no proper communication or urgency from the staff, which set a poor tone for the rest of the stay. The room itself was spacious, but that’s where the positives ended. There was a persistent bad smell from the toilet, which we reported to the staff. Though someone came and took temporary measures (like using coloring agents in the toilet), the issue returned by the next morning. Despite raising the concern again, the hotel didn’t offer to change our room or provide a proper resolution. Given the high cost of the room, the overall value for money was close to zero. We were expecting a comfortable and premium experience but left disappointed. Definitely not what you’d expect for the price paid. Room no 11, Jungle view
