10.0Die Lage mit dem Ausblick ist sehr gut. Übergabe sehr unkompliziert.
− Es sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass die Wohnung Austernbank oben im dritten Stock über Treppen zu erreichen ist. Die Parksituation war OK, aber zum Teil etwas knifflig.
