8.0Ampiezza della stanza. Pulizia ottima. Check in e check out efficiente. Parcheggio convenzionato comodo e conveniente. Mini frigo bar utile.
− Edificio un po decadente all'esterno. Scale e ascensore molto trascurati a livello di manutenzione, più che ascensore era un montacarichi che è sconsigliato usare dopo le ore 20. La zona dedicata al check in senza aria condizionata ne ventilatori, praticamente un forno, irrespirabile. Un po rumorosa la strada sottostante di notte.
