9.0Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die ruhige Atmosphäre und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Vielen Dank – wir kommen gerne wieder!

5.0The apartment is in a convenient location for the airport.
− The air-conditioning didn't work properly. It was set on 26 degrees and you couldn't change it, plus it was on a timer that turned off every 3 hours. The room temperature didn't drop below 28 degrees. We couldn't sleep. My husband hit his head going up the stairs because the ceiling is so low and there is no sign or padding.

7.0El anfitrión fue amable. Nos explicó todo y nos regaló un agua de cortesía. La habitación es amplia y se ve todo reformado. El alojamiento cumple expectativas.
− No me gustó nada la atención en el checkout. Lo hizo una de las chicas de la cafetería. Ni gracias, ni qué tal fue,ni nada. Cero cortesía. Le dijimos que íbamos a desayunar y nos dice: pero está incluido?, y yo: no, pero la vamos a pagar. Francamente creo que hay un recorrido de mejora muy importante en todo esto. Por último, la puerta que comunica el alojamiento con el hotel estaba cerrada después de las 07:00, creo que hay problemas de coordinación entre ambos negocios. Es una pena que teniendo una pastelería tan bonita no aprovechen las posibles sinergias.
