9.0Atendimento de toda equipe foi bem satisfatória. O banho quente muito bom. Limpeza com troca de toalhas me agradou muito. Pois estava fazendo muito frio. As toalhas não enxugavam. Receber toalhas limpas e sequinhas foi muito bom.
− Não teve nada. Só pontuar. A pesar do elevador ter funcionado bem, quando possível trocar por um elevador mais moderno
O hotel é bem localizado, mas muito barulhento e frio.
4.0Nós gostamos da localização e do atendimento dos dois funcionários do balcão.
− Infelizmente o hotel deixou muito a desejar. Nós aplicamos o filtro "com estacionamento" na booking, entretanto, ao chegar no hotel descobrimos que não havia essa opção. Ao perceber a situação, o dono do empreendimento foi grosseiro e, nos pressionando a desmarcar a reserva. Era uma noite muito fria na cidade e meu pai estava com problemas de saúde (por essa razão estávamos na cidade). Não dormimos bem pois o quarto era frio, o banho não esquentou suficientemente (mesmo seguindo as recomendações à risca) e havia MUITO barulho da rua e dos outros hóspedes do hotel no corredor. Especialmente o barulho do semáforo da rua incomodou muito, pois permaneceu ligado a noite toda.
Razoável mas não vale o preço cobrado, mas de 2k

− As acomodações estão ultrapassadas, a cama de casal estava quebrada e o chuveiro é péssimo.
Tirando barulho externo tudo muito bom.
8.0Atendente Luana muito atenciosa e prestativa. Ótima localização. Bom café da manhã. Banheiro grande com chuveiro ótimo, banho quente.
− O barulho externo, muitas motos co escapamento aberto, carros com som alto, como o hotel fica numa esquina e os semáforos são equipados c toques sonoros, na madrugada parecia estar dentro do quarto. O acústico do quarto não ajudou ter uma boa noite de sono.
