8.0Был маленький инцидент с душем, но хозяин отеля Михаил лично принёс извинения вместе с коробкой конфет и происшествие было забыто. Очень приятно, когда руководство готово признать ошибку и быстро ее исправить, плюс компенсировать милым подарком.
