Not a safe choice.

I stayed before and thought it was fine. Service this time was abysmal.

− Hotel staff came to my door at 1:30 at night to see if the toilet was working. It seemed like they had some other motives and didn't leave me feeling safe. Also, hot water was shut down, bed sheets were dirty, and no towels were provided. Check-in took more than 30 minutes.
