Muy buena experiencia, aunque con algunos detalles
7.0Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia fue sin duda el desayuno, así como la amabilidad del personal a cargo de servir el desayuno. Nos tomaron una foto preciosa con mi pareja que guardaremos con mucho cariño. Algo adicional que me gustaría destacar fueron la cantidad de indicaciones que nos proporcionaron para llegar, así como para aparcar, como para acceder a la habitación (mandándonos vídeos y fotos). Agradecí mucho eso porque ayudó a que nuestra llegada fuera más fluida. Por último, la ubicación es perfecta, pues a unos 3 minutos andando llegabas al centro.
− Por otro lado, el parking era un poco limitado, haciendo que tuvieras que maniobrar bastante. La habitación era bonita, espaciosa y limpia, pero no cuenta con luz natural y llega a dar sensación de cerrada. Tuvimos un contratiempo de último momento ya cuando recogíamos y nos obligó a abandonar la habitación un poquito más tarde. Contacté con el hotel para explicárselo y no tuvieron ningún problema en que hiciéramos el check-out, media hora más tarde. Aún así, el personal de limpieza, cuando salimos (menos de 30 minutos de retraso) nos llamó la atención molesta. Yo entiendo que hay plazos que tienen que cumplirse, y sentimos habernos pasado del tiempo, pero si yo he avisado, que no iba a tardar mucho más para solucionar nuestro incidente, y se me ha confirmado, entiendo que debe haber comunicación interna para poder gestionarlo y no encontrarme con las prisas adicionales del personal.
