Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié dans cet hôtel, c’est la magnifique vue sur les rizières ainsi que le service de chambre effectué deux fois par jour. La chambre était toujours propre et bien rangée, ce qui était très appréciable.

− La piscine privée proposée avec la chambre était vraiment très petite et, malheureusement, pas très propre, au point que nous n’en avons même pas profité durant notre séjour. Par ailleurs, le concept de « tente de luxe » proposé pour les villas avec piscine ne nous a pas vraiment convaincus. Le service est assuré par une seule personne pour plusieurs villas, ce qui entraîne parfois des délais d’attente assez longs. De plus, les plats provenant de la cuisine principale de l’hôtel arrivent parfois froids, ce qui est vraiment dommage pour un établissement qui se positionne sur un standing aussi élevé.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wapa di Ume and are considering going back next year. We stayed in one of the Luxury Glamping tents(Luxtent) which came with a few extra’s. We had exclusive access to the downstairs pool & lounge with all day coffee/tea and snacks. The rooms(tents) are not overly spacious but very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and private. It probably would have been handy to have more clothes hanging and storage space but we managed. Our private plunge pool wasn’t heated so it made for a ‘refreshing’ dip. The outlook from our luxtent was beautiful. The gardens and resort surrounds are truly stunning and well maintained. It goes without saying the staff are just such beautiful people. So friendly, always smiling and ready to assist. For us, it made the stay so enjoyable. It is so interesting learning about the local ‘way of life’. Overall the food was good. We used the resort bicycles(at no extra charge) to explore the local area. It was pretty hilly but lots of fun. There are some good options to eat nearby if you wish to venture out.

the infinity pool, views, room and food was all amazing. the massages were spectacular. we enjoyed a yoga session and walks into the local village to get icecream, try out some other restaurants and do a bit of local shopping. the white water rafting booked through the villa was the best we have ever been on

What a relaxing time! Really loved the cooking class!

A much needed escape! Relaxing vibes throughout and the luxury tent was amazing. Loved the design of the room, everything flowed so well with the pool directly connected to the showering area. The location is stunning and peaceful. We found the cost to be very reasonable, good value for money. We've had some good service during the stay as well. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. We decided to try out the hotel's cooking experience which was really fun! Chef Merta and Juli kept us very entertained and helped us experience the Balinese flavours...the food is amazing here! We definitely recommend this experience! Thankyou to all the staff at Wapa di Ume Sideman. We shall definitely be returning here on our next visit to Bali!
